How it works

Send a request
Your dates, what you need and how many of it, and where it is going. Email is the only field we insist on — everything else can follow.
We quote back
An itemised quote covering everything you asked for, with delivery worked out for your address and the size of the order.
Your order is reserved
Paying in full is what puts the equipment against your dates. That is the point it stops being available to anyone else.
We deliver and pick up
It arrives at the venue inside your access window, and we come back for it afterwards. Having the crew set out and strike is optional on any order.

Common questions
Can you cover a large event?
Send the numbers with your enquiry and we will confirm availability in writing before you commit to anything. Stanchions, barriers and carpet runners are all held here in Calgary rather than ordered in, and an order in the hundreds is a normal size for us rather than an exception.
Do you take orders from individuals?
Both. Agencies and production companies are the bulk of the work, but an order for one evening organised by one person runs on exactly the same equipment, quote and delivery. No company name is required to ask.
Can stock be held before the date is confirmed?
We will tell you what is free and quote it, but nothing comes out of the pool until the order is paid in full — that payment is the moment it is assigned to your dates. Booking earlier is better for exactly that reason, particularly around peak dates: award season, spring and summer weddings and December corporate evenings all fill up.
What if our numbers move after we book?
Tell us when you know and the quote gets redone. Numbers shifting between enquiry and event is the norm, not the exception — plans change, guest lists grow, a room gets swapped — and it is far easier to adjust an order in advance than to solve it at the venue on the day.
What colours does each product come in?
Rope stanchion posts come in three — gold, black and polished chrome — with the rope end caps following to the post. Belt stanchion posts come in two: black and polished chrome. Carpet runners come in five colours.
